3. Removal of Infringing Content

4. Counter-Notification

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.

5. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their access to Starbucks-menu.xyz terminated without notice.
